Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see below for further information on our return and refund policies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us through the chat on our website or process the request for return on your account page. As of January 1, 2023 the ability to process a return on your account page is a new feature that requires an updated account available by clicking here. If a return is processed on the account page we will notify you in 24-48 hours if the return is accepted or if we require more information. If the return is accepted but does not arrive in eligible return condition as listed above, then your refund may be denied and the item(s) will be sent back with the original shipping rate as an additional fee. We happily cover return fees so customers may familiarize themselves with our product but are unable to cover an additional shipping fee should we have to ship back an un-eligible return.

When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
